Bella: They're Mockingjays. There used to be a breed of bird called the Jabberjay which could repeat whole sentences right after they hear them. They were used as spies by the government but it backfired and they left the birds to die out. They mated with Mockingbirds and now these new crossbreeds, the Mockingjay, can repeat any melody sung to them. If they like your voice. They have heard that song before. A friend used to sing it all the time for them to signal the end of the work day.
