Roleplay continued...hopefully...

Cathy: *tears fall* C-Colin's gone.

Jas: I don't know.

Bradley: He left her? That doesn't seem like something he'd do...was he kidnapped?

Al: *nods* How big is she?

Cathy: No he's dead. He was shot with an arrow.

Jas: Kinda big.

Bradley:*gasps as the breath leaves him, pales*

Isa:*curled up into his side, trying not to think of the stiffness and coldness of him, tries to imagine the warmth and softness laying like this with him used to bring*

Al: Help me up. I want to check her. *tries to get up* How big is kinda big anyway? You've seen her pregnant before. Compared to that how big is she?

Cathy: *tear falls*

Jas: *helps him up* Big, but you can ride her still.

Bradley;*breathes in short rasps, knows he has to be the strong one, pulls himself together and drives*

Al:*limps downstairs* Probably only at a walk and not for very long. probably should stop rides until the foal comes. *gets outside* Hey girl...

Val:*stands, ears back, backs away slowly, scared, thinks he's gonna shoot her*

Cathy: *takes his hand*

Jas: Val, he won't hurt you.

Bradley:*driving*

Val:*rears, ears pinned, whinnies*

Al:*takes a step back*

Val:*comes down hard and rears up again*

Cathy: *upset*

Jas: *pets her* Easy girl, easy. It's okay. He won't hurt you. I'm here. It's okay.

Bradley:*trying to stay strong, pulls up to the house*

Isa:*curled against Colin's covered body, tears falling*

Val:*stands close to her, watching Al, scared*

Al: I'm not going to hurt you. I just want to check your baby.

Cathy: *gets out*

Jas: He wants to check the baby. He knows more about that than I do.

Bradley:*gets out and picks Kiara up, needs her to keep calm*

Isa:*sobbing into Colin's body*

Val:*ears back but allows Al to check*

Al:*gently checks her over* Big baby you have here girl. *rubbing her stomach and down to her udder* Not ready to foal yet. I'd say she's only about five or six months along which worries me about the size of the foal.

Kiara: Dada...

Jas: Maybe there's more than one baby?

Bradley: It's alright sweetheart. Cathy...why don't you go in. She called you anyway and I don't think Kiara should see this so young. and I don't think I could see the body...

Al: it's possible but still worrisome. Mares aren't made for carrying more than one foal. She'd be in grave danger if she were carrying twins. Even if both were healthy and carried to term she'd be too tired after foaling one to birth the other. We could only hope for just one big baby or two very small twins.

Kiara: Dada...

Cathy: Okay... *goes inside* Isa?

Jas: *nods*

(G2G or switch to my phone)

Bradley: I'm here sweetpea.

Isa;*curled up a few feet from the door, clutching to his body* *crying*

Al: It would be easier to figure out if we knew who she was bred to. I hope to god it's just a big baby. Since it is still growing it will be hard for her to deliver it and she will need a lot of help but it's better than twins.

kiara: Dada.

Cathy: *holds her*

Jas: Me too.

Bradley:*rocks her*

Isa:*sobbing her hands covered in Colin's blood as she has bandaged his side too*

Al:*pets Val* You'll need a lot of help with this one girl. You're going to have to trust me, Val and the vet all at once okay? *scratches her ear*

Val:*her head leaning into Jas's shoulder, just stays there, scared truthfully*

Kiara: *cuddles into him*

Cathy: *rubs her back*

Jas: *pets her*

(g2g and then txt tomorrow. night!)

Bradley:*hugs her*

Isa:*crying* H-He w-wanted me to sing to him...I had to sing...I couldn't say no...so I sang to him...until he died...I was crying and he reached up and wiped my eyes, told me he loved me and died...he just died...his hand fell and his eyes closed...and he was gone...

Val:*scared*

Al:*pets her*

Val:*licks her foal as the filly nurses*

Filly:*nursing*

Al:*pets Val* *looks at the foal and freezes at the resemblence to Joey*

Isa:*doesn't want to leave the grave when everyone else is gone and he's been buried* *wants to stay with him*

Bradley: Come on Isa...time to go home now.

Isa: No...I can't leave him...I can't...

Jas: *rubs his back*

Cathy: Come on Isa.

Al:*looks away for a moment*

Filly:*finishes nursing and walks on wobbly legs over to Jas and Al and sniffs them*

Val:*watches closely*

Isa:*shakes her head, crying* I can't leave him...

Bradley: Isa...he isn't there. That's just a shell. He's here. *puts a hand on her heart* He's right in here. He'll always be there with you. He's watching you now. He wouldn't want you to stay out here in the cold all night you know that.

Jas: *smiles and pets the Filly*

Cathy: He's right.

Val:*eats the mash*

Filly:*sniffs her tummy*

Al:*looks at her* *looks into the filly's eyes* *kneels* Joey sent you didn't he?

Filly:*whinnies*

Isa: I can't leave him...I can't...*a tear falls onto the grave*

Bradley: I know it's hard. I know. *hugs her* Come on Isa. You can't stay out here all night you'll get sick. You know Colin wouldn't want you to be sick.
