Winnie:*leaning into him* My parents were sending me away, I had absolutely no friends, everyone made fun of me and hated me for being who I was or am technically. Middle House is like the cruelest place in the world and my parents were forcing me to go. So I was going to get out of it anyway I could. I figured since I couldn't swim I would go to the river and drown. They wouldn't find my body. It's not like I would have been missed anyway.
