Al: Jas, go to her. She needs you. Maybe if she sees she still has you she will want to live.

Val:*laying flat on her side, sees Jas and nickers sadly*

Val:*lifts her head weakly and tries to stand*

Val: *gently takes her and feeds her*

Savanna: *eats hungrily*

Jas: *eases her way to the ground and pets her*

Fel:*smiles*

Val:*nuzzles her pockets and sniffs her, licking her*

Al:*smiles*

Val: *feeds her*

Al:*puts a hand on Jas's shoulder and kisses her head before going to bury the foal*

Jas: *pulls out an apple* *and smiles slightly at Al*

Al:*buries the filly*

Val: No she doesn't. She hasn't in a long time. In fact. I can honestly say the last time I felt loved by my mother is when I was sold as a young filly. When she was so upset I was leaving she wouldn't let me go. When she cried because I wasn't going to be around anymore. When she buried her face in your neck as I was led away. That is the last time I felt loved by my mother.

Top: *nuzzles her* She still loves you.

Jas: *weak*

Val: Yes it is. Mothers who love their children don't attack them. *ears pinned* She loves that colt a lot more than she has ever loved me. Don't worry. She won't miss me. She's probably fussing over her precious baby boy.

Al:*holding her* You aren't supposed to be outside but all of the horses can't come inside and there is nothing anyone can do about keeping you apart from them. *playfully* You know sometimes I think you love them more than you do me.

Top: I love you.

Mari: *coos*

Jas: True. *playfully* Maybe, unless you can prove me other wise. *flirtiously*

Val: You have to say that you're my father. Don't worry about me. I'm a big girl now. I can take care of myself.

Al:*winces slightly, taking it seriously, looks at her baby and coos*

Top: I know.

Jas: Hey, I was kidding. *hugs him from behind and kisses his neck* You're the only one for me. You and Marina come first. Then the horses. Always.

Mari: *coos*

Val: Daddy I can't go back there. Watching everyone in a big happy family and not having a true family of my own. You're the only one really anymore. No one else. But I can't watch her raise that colt like I should be raising my little girl.

Al:*turns and kisses her*

Top: *licks her*

Val: I killed her daddy...I wouldn't eat and because of that she didn't get enough milk...
